Once the booking is confirmed, the photographer will capture your desired moments at the designated time and location.

How long will it take to receive my photos?Depending on the plan you have subscribed to, you can expect to receive your photos within a specific timeframe. For example, under the Elite Plan, you can access your high-quality photo content within 48 -72 hours after the session.

What happens after the photo session?After the photo session, the photographer will typically provide you with the edited digital images. The number of photos and delivery format may vary based on the package or agreement. Some photographers may offer print services or additional products for an extra cost.

How can I schedule a photo session?Scheduling a photo session is easy. Simply log into your account, select the desired date, time, and starting location, and our technology will connect you with a local photographer who meets your requirements. A dedicated team member will be available to help you schedule the session.

Can I cancel or reschedule a photo session?Under the plan policies, cancellations of photo sessions are subject to a minimum notice of 72 hours. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees. Rescheduling a session is possible, subject to availability, with a rescheduling fee of $50.

How long are my photos stored?Depending on the plan you have subscribed to, the storage duration for your photos may vary. For example, under the Elite Plan, photos are stored in the cloud for 60 days. You may also have the option to extend the storage period with the Extension Gallery service.
